• Contact, quote and free-trial requests: the details you enter on those forms (such as your name, business name, email address and message) so we can reply, prepare a quote, or process a free trial.
• Account and order information: the details you provide when you create an account or place an order, and the photos you upload for editing, so we can deliver the edited images to you.
• Support messages: messages you send through the buyer support chat. Staff who handle support see you only as a buyer number, not by your name or email address.
• Newsletter and offers: we send these emails only to people who ticked the subscribe box themselves. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop by contacting us.

Photos you upload for an order are used to carry out that editing work and to deliver the finished images to you. Buyer originals are kept private to your account and are not made public.

We keep your order files for 90 days after delivery, so revisions stay possible, and then delete them.

We show edited photos in our portfolio or as examples only with the client's permission.

Payment is made through the manual methods shown when you order (Wise, Payoneer or bank transfer). We do not collect or store card numbers on this website.

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the website. By default, analytics and advertising storage are denied until you choose: when you first visit, a banner asks you to Accept or Reject. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" button on the page. Analytics data is retained for 14 months under our current settings. Strictly necessary cookies needed for the site and for security still apply.

We use service providers only to run the website and deliver the service — for example, our hosting provider and the analytics tools named above. We do not sell your personal information.

You can ask us to correct, export or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to contact@carsphotoeditor.com. We will reply to reasonable requests and explain if any information must be kept for order, accounting or legal reasons.
